PRIME PACKAGES
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to Prime Package purchases. The PRIMECARE Mobile Recovery Policy applies to all Prime Package service delivery including equipment use, health suitability, conduct, photography, adverse weather, and travel fees. Please note: the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the Mobile Recovery Policy do NOT apply to Prime Package purchases. Refund and cancellation terms for packages are set out in this document only.
By purchasing a Prime Package from PRIMECARE Sports you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the PRIMECARE Mobile Recovery Policy. Please read both documents carefully before completing your purchase.
Each session within your Prime Package includes:
- 4 compression boot units
- 90 minute session duration
- Up to 16 players per session (approx.)
- Full equipment setup and pack down by PRIMECARE
- Chairs included
Travel fees are not included in the pack price and will be confirmed at the time of booking each session based on your location.
- 4 Session Pack — $820 (save $120) — $205 per session
- 8 Session Pack — $1,560 (save $280) — $195 per session
- 10 Session Pack — $1,850 (save $450) — $185 per session
Following your purchase PRIMECARE Sports will contact you directly to confirm and lock in your session dates. Sessions are subject to availability.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all session bookings
- Sessions are booked at a mutually agreed date and time
- PRIMECARE reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances including illness or equipment issues. You will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative date offered
The following cancellation terms apply to Prime Package purchases only and replace the cancellation terms in the Mobile Recovery Policy:
- Sessions cancelled with 48 hours or more notice can be rescheduled at no penalty
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and deducted from your pack
- Sessions cancelled by PRIMECARE due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will not be deducted from your pack and will be rescheduled at no cost
The following refund terms apply to Prime Package purchases only and replace the refund terms in the Mobile Recovery Policy:
- Prime Packages are non-refundable once purchased
- Unused sessions cannot be redeemed for cash or credit
- In the event PRIMECARE Sports is unable to fulfil your package due to business closure a pro-rata refund for unused sessions will be issued
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
- All sessions within your Prime Package are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Sessions not redeemed within 12 months will expire and are not eligible for refund or extension
Prime Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing club or individual. Sessions cannot be on-sold or gifted to a third party.
As per the PRIMECARE Mobile Recovery Policy, all participants must be aged 18 years or over. The purchasing club or individual is responsible for ensuring all participants meet this requirement.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). PRIMECARE reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Purchases made prior to a price change will be honoured at the price paid.
